We couldn’t let this week go by without wishing one of our former presidents, Elder Garth Gabriel, a very Happy Birthday. He celebrated it on August 19th.

We are grateful for his leadership, service, and contributions to the Lake Region Conference. May this new year of life be filled with joy, peace, purpose, and God’s continued blessings.

Happy Birthday, Elder Gabriel! We pray you had a wonderful and blessed birthday celebration!

REMINDER: Bethel is going to the park this Sabbath!

Please remember that Bethel Seventh-day Adventist Church at 1024 Adams St. SE will be CLOSED for worship this Sabbath, August 22.

Instead, join us for Church in the Park at:

East Paris Nature Park

10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Sabbath School begins at 10:30 AM, followed by Divine Worship.

After worship, stay with us for our fellowship potluck and our monthly birthday and anniversary celebration with cake and ice cream.

Remember to bring your lawn chairs, a prepared dish to share, and any personal items your family may need. Dress is church casual, and comfortable shoes are encouraged.

Do not come to 1024 Adams for worship this Sabbath—come worship with us at the park!
