If it’s not GROWING STRONGER then it’s GETTING WEAKER automatically, because even in your sleep your body is always using up its elements to build and rebuild, all day everyday, the body might slow down for a while to allow your storage levels to catch up, but it never stops, except at physical death. So you must ALWAYS be GROWING STRONGER, you must always be HEALING, not just when you think your sick or hurt. We are always here TO BUILD STRONGER BODIES, the STRONGER it is, the harder it is for it to get sick,,get hurt, get tired, etc. Indeed.
