Network 20 International

Network 20 International The Network 20 International vision is to see young men around the world be fully committed disciples of Jesus. Why Network 20?

1. That is our identity.

Our mission is to serve men as they disciple young men to flourish in their relationship with God. Maximize Impact: Young men in their 20s are invaluable to God and His Kingdom. God uses the many
gifts, talents, and abilities of young men to greatly advance His Kingdom as they more fully engage to
be, and live, as He desires. They are not being committed to Kingdom work to the extent that they sho

uld
be. We must fully engage young men.

2. Realize Purpose: Young men (and the rest of us) long for identity, purpose, and belonging. They desire
to live a thriving life, discover who they are as sons of God, and realize God's purposes. They need to
belong to a body of like-minded followers of Jesus to discover all that He has for them.

3. Influence Globally: God desires to advance His Kingdom worldwide through young men by collaborating
to accomplish His purposes both near and to the ends of the earth.

4. Impact Decisions: During their 20s, men make decisions that shape the rest of their lives. They need
someone to guide, disciple, and encourage them. Also, they need to guide, disciple, and encourage.

5. Reveal Trinity: Most Christian churches emphasize one person of the Trinity over the others. Young men
(and the rest of us) need a fuller understanding of, and engagement with, Father, Son, and Spirit. Network 20’s vision is to see young men around the world be fully committed disciples of Jesus. Our mission is to serve men as they disciple young men to flourish in their relationship with God

We believe that those who claim Jesus as Lord and Savior are His disciples. To be a fully committed disciple of Jesus is to flourish in your relationship with God as you Know ★ Love ★ Listen ★ Obey ★
Share Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit

Currently, more than 2,700 men are discipling approximately 11,900 young men in 67 countries. We are eager to be used by God to fully engage more young men as disciples of Jesus in more countries.

Caucasus Region Expansion

Earlier this month, two Network 20 team members from Kyrgyzstan traveled to the Caucasus region countries of Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia. The objective of the mission was to identify, analyze, and engage key Christian leaders for developing the movement with local men. United in Disciple-Making

This month we had a mission in the Visayas, Philippines, and had the opportunity to share the vision of Network 20 to see young men become fully committed disciples of Jesus. At first, we faced many challenges, but God is always faithful, and He directs us to the right people. We met many pastors during the trainings who became our friends and fellow disciple-makers....

The Call to Disciple the Nations

I gave my life to Christ after personally experiencing God’s grace. Over time, my relationship with Him grew through prayer, studying the Bible, and serving in the church. I developed a burden for people who needed spiritual guidance and discipleship. In 2023, Brother Patrick introduced me to Network 20, and the vision for discipleship became clearer to me. My vision is to see men in my country become fully committed disciples of Jesus Christ who live according to God’s Word and impact their communities....

Rabbis Rise Up!

Jesus was a Rabbi. In the context of his time, Jesus operated as an itinerant rabbi. On-line I read that, “He fulfilled this role by mastering the Torah, gathering disciples, traveling to teach in synagogues, and using traditional Jewish methods of scriptural interpretation, debate, and parables.” What does it mean that Jesus gathered disciples? “Unlike formal academy teachers, ancient rabbis like Jesus invited students to follow them closely, learning not just the text but the rabbi's way of living and interpreting life.” In addition, Jesus spoke with personal authority, which was different from the religious leaders of that day who referenced previous scholars....

Growing Into Disciple-makers

My name is Pastor Wilson, and I serve as a pastor and disciple-maker. Over the past few years, I have witnessed many men grow into disciple-makers and church planters. One young man I discipled has become a pastor and disciple-maker and continues to grow strongly in his walk with the Lord. He now leads a church of around 50 members and is committed to making disciples as well....

Do Not Mentor . . . Disciple!

I do not appreciate hearing disciples of Jesus use the word “mentor” in place of the word “disciple.” Jesus discipled young men. He didn’t mentor. Generally speaking, mentoring is all about focusing on growing someone personally or professionally. It’s all about the person, not about Jesus. We must NOT focus on ourselves. We MUST focus on Jesus. Jesus didn’t focus on himself as a person....

Making Disciples in Chad

I accepted the Lord in 1997 in Ndjamena after an open-air evangelism event. I have been part of several church ministries and have served as a leader in different roles. I became a pastor in 2011. My passion for discipleship is to help Christians from Muslim backgrounds grow into strong disciples who can reach their own people. The challenges are language barriers, violence, and limited financial resources....

From 12 to 12,000

In January 2014, when the Lord launched Network 20, He encouraged me to gather 12 guys for a promotional photo. I gathered 12 guys on Calvin University’s bridge over the East Beltline in Grand Rapids. They made a great image, even though I only knew 4 of the 12 guys. (See photo.) That was then. Now, 12 years later, there are 12,000 young men who are being discipled by nearly 2,800 disciple-makers in 68 countries....

We Must Obey

As disciples of Jesus, we must obey God. If we disobey, there will be consequences. In Mark 1:40-45, we read the story of Jesus healing the man with leprosy. The man asked to be healed. Jesus had compassion on him and said YES to his request. What follows is not good. We read, “Jesus sent him away at once with a strong warning: …...

Jesus Said I AM

Network 20 publishes its equipping materials in a series of four on a monthly basis. This month the series is titled “Jesus Said I AM.” The four lessons are based on the seven “I Am statements of Jesus,” found in the Gospel of John. Those statements are: I am the bread of life. (John 6:35) I am the light of the world....
