In Rome, not all slavery looked the same. Some was comfortable, some was a death sentence. Guest pastor Adam Kosberg used that picture to make a point from Romans 6:16-18: every person is serving something, whether they realize it or not. Slavery to sin means working for a payoff that never actually comes. Slavery to righteousness leads somewhere real, eternal life.
