Our Mental Health Advocate Training will focus on anxiety & depression, giving participants practical tools to recognize the signs, connect others to resources, reduce stigma, and help before crisis.

The Mobile Mental Health Clinic & Wellness Spa brings wellness directly into the community, helping reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and isolation.

The Relaxation Station offers a variety of wellness experiences, including massage, reflexology, chromotherapy (light therapy), health screenings, wellness shots, and IV hydration.
