This weekend is Baptism Sunday! Baptism is an outward declaration of an inward transformation, and everyone getting baptized this weekend is saying that they have encountered Jesus and they want to put their trust in him.

They are symbolically saying that they have been lowered with Jesus into his death and when they are raised from the water they are saying they have been raised with Jesus’ victory!
