Pastor Marcus Rigsby

Trailblazer for Revival • Builder of People •Voice to the Overlooked

Pastor Marcus Rigsby carries a heart for restoration, discipleship, and revival in the city of Grand Rapids. As the pastor of Mosaic Life Church, his ministry is rooted in one clear mission: to love God, love people, and make disciples.

Through his preaching, teaching, planning, and leadership, Pastor Rigsby continues to build a church where people are not judged by their broken places, but loved into their God-given purpose. His message is consistent: God still rebuilds lives, restores families, fills empty places, and uses people others may have counted out.

Mosaic Life Church was created with a heart for those often overlooked by traditional ministry—third-shift workers, hospital workers, college students, families in transition, and people searching for a place to belong. Pastor Rigsby believes the church must reach beyond convenience and meet people where they are, with truth, compassion, and the power of the Holy Spirit.

His leadership bridges old-school conviction with new-school connection. He carries a deep respect for biblical foundation, apostolic truth, prayer, worship, holiness, and discipleship, while also creating space for creativity, community, healing, and real-life transformation.

At the center of his ministry is a burden for people: the tired, the overlooked, the rebuilding, the called, and the ones who still believe God has more for their lives.

Pastor Rigsby is leading Mosaic with vision, faith, and purpose—building a church where broken people don’t get discarded, they get placed.

Lady Michelle faithfully serves as the leader of Mosaic Life Church’s Children’s Ministry, helping nurture and develop the next generation in their walk with God. Behind the scenes, she also supports our Media Team by serving on screens and helping ensure each service runs smoothly.

If you’ve visited Mosaic, you’ve likely been welcomed by her warm smile and genuine kindness. Before every service, Lady Michelle can be found at the front doors greeting guests, encouraging families, and making everyone feel at home.

Her heart for people, passion for ministry, and unwavering dedication to serving others make her a true blessing to Mosaic Life Church. She leads not only through her service, but through her love, grace, and example.
