Excuses Begone!: How to Change Lifelong, Self-Defeating Thinking Habits

You don't make me feel better or worse, your feelings of happiness or angst are yours. They came from past experiences whether resolved or unresolved. When this is fully realized you can make changes in your perception of what is happening in your mind. Because they are your thoughts you do have control over them. It may be difficult at first but you do have control. Try to replace the low frequency thoughts with one of higher frequency even if only for a few seconds. With more practice it will become easier to raise your frequency and will last longer time. The closer you get to Love and gratitude the higher your frequency. Be the Lovelight in your part of the world.
