What an AMAZING group of students on the Neland Avenue Summer Team! This week they learned from Nelanders about good communication, implicit bias, managing “unexpected” behaviors, and more. They had a tour of the MLK center from “Queen Ellen.” Becky and Stephanie led them in reflective journaling and inspiring prayer times. And…they worked so hard to get ready to lead VBS next week! It was all SO good.

On this Pentecost Sunday, we will celebrate the coming of the Holy Spirit and bring praise to our triune God. Throughout his ministry, Jesus promised that the Spirit would come – like rivers of living water – filling those who believe and flowing out to bless the world.
