God holds us and the whole world in his hands as we come to worship this week. Jesus’ “Parable of the Growing Seed” is a powerful reminder that God's Kingdom is at work and flourishes - not because of what we do but because God’s Spirit is working in and among us always.

Our Sunday morning worship service will be held.

Based on the information available at 6:30pm, Saturday, the expected air quality Sunday morning should be well within a reasonable range. Expected temperatures, while lower than the last few mornings, may still necessitate open windows and the use of the attic fan. As always, our building management team will seek to provide comfortable conditions for worship in the sanctuary.

The air conditioned Lobby remains an option for worship for those preferring an alternate environment to the sanctuary. If necessary, more seating will be made available.

If there are any changes to this decision Sunday morning, we will share an update through our usual communication channels at 8:00am. (No communication = no change.) Thank you for your patience and understanding as we seek to make the best decision for the health and safety of our congregation.

Also, the elevator is once again operational.

The first Witness Steps this summer are so small and simple that you might be tempted to skip them! But these small steps lead to more opportunities to Be Present, Be a Blessing, and Be Together with your neighbors. Just today as I visited our Little Free Library and found places to set painted rocks, I saw that the cherries on my neighbor’s tree are turning red already, new neighbors moved in across the street, and I said hello to three neighbors outside on this beautiful day. The process only works if you take these steps!
