Family Leadership Initiative FLI supports church leaders as they grow their capacity to serve and build healthy families.

The Family Leadership Initiative (FLI) is a biblically based family ministry model that includes training, coaching, and learning resources for churches in Greater Grand Rapids. Leaders are provided with tools for leading and investing in the healthy growth of families within their church and the surrounding community. FLI has developed a robust library of 43 biblically-based family ministry curri

culum units, which are available in English and Spanish. FLI is housed within the Urban Church Leadership Center, which is located on the 2nd floor of the Cornerstone Theological Seminary.
