Awaken Generation is a movement contending for a move of God in our Generation.Our gathering is not about hype or entertainment, but All about Jesus.

Awaken Generation is a movement, and its purpose is to stir a passion among the Christian generation of today to fall inlove with Jesus and rise out of Lukewarmness. Our desire, as Followers of Christ, is to see the body of believers walk out our faith as true followers of Christ in our Dark world. With One Body and One Loud voice, we want to to cry out to heaven in Prayer, Worship and an authenti

c Christ like Lifestyle that will Transform our Communities with the message and power of the cross. We Believe the power of God is already at work and is seeking for a generation who are hungry for him, who are no longer satisfied with the status quo of going to church and not impacting lives in their communities. A Generation who wants to put Action to their Faith and live as agents of Change in their communites and cities. A generation who wants to see the kingdom of God established in their world. We strive to be the movement of our generation, Igniting passion and inspiration to create tangible and lasting change in our world, where God is the Center of all we do. A generation who are not ashame to take a stand as followers of Jesus Christ.It is not for the faint of heart or the average Christian, but for the hungry and those seeking more. It pulls on destiny and calls forth the sleeping giant.

CARING THROUGH CAROLING AT OLD AGE HOMEs.

We are so thrilled to have the opportunity to bring just a little joy to the elderly and those who are shut ins within our community! Join us this Sunday, December 12th from 2-4pm as we visit two local assisted living and hospice homes. We will be caroling outside for all of the residents to hear and we will be leaving handmade cards to bring them some cheer! This is a fun event for friends, the entire family! We will be outside, so dress appropriately and come ready to sing and celebrate the birth of our King!

Prepare for the event by making a card with an encouraging word or scripture and practice the song list that we will be singing that day:

“O Come all Ye Faithful”
“Hark the Herald Angels Sing”
“Silent Night”
“Away in a Manger”
“Joy to the World”

FRIENDSGIVING! FRIENDSGIVING!

Hey everyone this Sunday Nov. 21 between 3pm-8pm we will be hosting a Friendsgiving for anybody looking for community to do life with and grow in their faith.

This will be a place where we are able to connect on a more personal level, make friends, grow in our relationships and encounter Jesus together.

This is open to anybody whether you have been to awaken gatherings before or not, whether you are a Christian or not. Just come have fun meeting new people, play games and eat a lot of food.

We will have some board games, but you are welcome to bring fun games that you think people will like.

There’s nothing so mind blowing like seeing God move in a culture that is hungry and desperate for a move of Jesus. There’s a great revival happening in this city and across this country.

As a ministry We always wants to see a great awakening and revival in our culture. We want to see a glimpse of heaven on earth where lives are healed, chains are broken and Christ is revealed but but more than anything we always wants to highlight that Revival is not how long we can maintain the hype, but rather how long we can sustain the intimacy with Jesus that birthed the revival.

Our prayer and encouragement this morning is that you will seek Jesus more and make time to pursue his heart more than what he can do for us.

Revival, healing, evangelism, are all a by product of our relationship with Jesus.

last week Friday worship was so wild 🔥.

There’s nothing like being in the presence of the almighty God. Chains were broken from the spirit of religion to a place of intimacy with Jesus. Also so many lives were healed, transformed and a passion for Jesus was ignited as we worship him.

Thank you Jesus for all that you are doing in West Michigan among our generation. There’s a sweet aroma of revival sweeping though our culture and it cannot be contained.

Abide” (meno in Greek) means to remain, dwell or stay. Jesus calls us to abide in Him. When we remain focused on Him, stay washed in His word, and allow His truth to comfort and nourish us, we abide. Out of that flows everything else.

Come join us tonight as we abide in the presence of the all almighty.

Hey everyone we are continuing our Belong groups this Wednesday 7pm.

Belong groups is place to make new friends, grow in new relationships, read and talk about scriptures and connect with people on a more personal level.

Through smaller gatherings that meet more frequently than a service night, people are able to engage in real life growing relationships and encounter Jesus together. We were made for community. At awaken, we don’t only want to worship together, we also want to break bread together.

If you are looking for community to do life with, people who will spur you on, then Belong group is the place to be Wednesday night!

Guys belong group will be meeting 7pm.

The reason we as a generation struggle with insecurity is because we compare our behind the scenes with everyone else’s highlight reels.

God cannot be the source of your strength if the world is the source of your standards.

We still can’t over get what God did last week Friday. The freedom that comes from knowing Jesus as your source of joy, hope and putting your trust in him is so good.

Tonight we claim salvation, healing, freedom and an activation to live boldly for the gospel

COMMUNITY WORSHIP. EVANGELISM. BAPTISM

Only 4 more days till our worship night.

We are super stoked to flood our city with the love of Jesus. Come join us August 20th 5pm at the center for community transformation parking lot for a community outreach/ worship night/spontaneous Baptism.

This night is going to be crazy as we go after the heart of Jesus romancing our community with the love of Jesus and sharing the gospel.
Here is the the service outline for Friday’s event.

5-6:30pm -Evangelism and community outreach. Meet at the parking lot of the center of community transformation at Madison church area.

7:00pm - A catalyst worship/ prayer over our city at the transformation center.

8:20: A spontaneous Baptism. (Meaning if you wants to get baptized, show up and come excited as we baptize you.

This is a movement center around JESUS, nothing else! We desire intimacy with Jesus over hype and entertainment. We want revival and a spiritual awakening among our culture.

Invite a everyone you know who needs an encounter with Jesus, come hungry as we go after the heart of Jesus.
