Good morning Leadership,

This is just a gentle reminder of our upcoming Church Council Meeting on Sunday, August 30th after worship. You (all church members), and committees are invited and encouraged to prepare and present reports of the good work(s) and or challenges your ministries are facing and the goals moving forward. Even if you don't have a report, please introduce yourself, there are newer members that may not know what you are doing.

Melody Marquez will be introduced as the new Chair of Church Council. Also, on that day our District Superintendent is scheduled to join us in worship but has made it clear that she will not be here for work. (but as DS, she could join in if she chooses)



Attached to the meeting agenda, a survey will be shared for members to express their thoughts.

I ask that as we prepare for this meeting each of us will read and PRAY the prayer that Paul prayed for the Philippian church members: Philippians 1 vs 9-11 CEB Translation
