Ever feel so overwhelmed with life that we don’t know which direction to go? The burden is so heavy that even our posture and soul feel downtrodden. Which way do we turn, what’s the answer? And we say, “I DON’T KNOW!” We look everywhere for the answer and we can’t find it. Because we are looking in the wrong place.
Child of God!!! Did you forget who your Heavenly Father is? Let me tell you. He is the one who loves us, and accepts us when we come to Him with a humble and contrite heart. He is the one who gave His only Son so that anyone who would believe in Him would not perish but have everlasting life. He is the “I AM”. The beginning and the end. The one who created the heavens and the earth. He is the one who speaks to us daily. Are we listening? He will instruct us and teach us in the way we should go; He will counsel us and keep His loving eyes on us. His word is a lamp for our feet, a light on our path. The LORD will make firm the steps of the one who delights in Him; though we may stumble, we will not fall, for the LORD will uphold us with his righteous hand. So we must trust in the LORD with all our heart and don’t lean on our own understanding; in all our ways we must submit and acknowledge Him, and He will direct our path.

He will be there to guide us, He and only He will satisfy our every need and when everything around us has dried up. He will strengthen our frame so we can lift up our eyes to the heavens where our help comes from. We will no longer be parched because we will be filled with His living water, which will never fail. His baptism with the water of life will sustain us.
Isaiah 58:11
The LORD will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.
Rev 3:20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.
Talk it over with God, He knocking at our hearts door.

Look my beloved, there is a road here that you must travel. The ground looks hard and the journey tough. This is the path I chose for you and though the way seems difficult, I have called you to walk it with ease, for I am with you to strengthen you. I’ve got you and I will not let you go. The things you learn here will prepare you to live in this world as my child, my holy, loved one. This is where you will live with confidence as you trust in me. Here is where boldness will rise as you look to me. Fear will be conquered as you live in my love and joy will bubble up from deep within you as you find strength in me. Don’t trust what you see, trust me. Don’t put your faith in what you hear, listen for my voice leading and guiding you. Don’t allow fear to keep you from stepping out in faith. As you do, the rough ground will become smooth, the valley will become high ground, and the desert will turn to a green pasture. Step out and see, I will turn this wilderness into fruitful ground.

Matthew 6:34 Therefore, take no thought about tomorrow, for tomorrow will take thought about the things of itself. Sufficient to the day is the trouble thereof.

Anxiety, worry, fear, distress, agitation, tension, irritability are all common feelings and emotions that attempt to mentally affect our decision makings on a daily basis.

Jesus tells us in this text “to take no thought about tomorrow.” Do not worry or be anxious about tomorrow. He does not want us making decisions based on fear of the future, which we have no control over. He wants the direction of our life built on and continued on an eternal perspective from eternal truths found in His Bible rather than temporal things of earth.

Take no thought about tomorrow! Every day has enough troubles of it’s own so let your focus be on enjoying the day you have today.

Remember we do not face life alone. The moment we gave our lives to the Lord, we became a part of His amazing family. The Bible says, the Lord your God! My God! My God is in my midst. My presence! We don’t walk alone!
He is mighty! He watches and He saves! He rejoices with gladness; over us! And when life gets tough or out of control God quiets us. He brings peace. Tenderly with His love, He will lift us up in His righteousness with songs of praise. God loves us❤️ we are His children and He is our God.

David is providing insight into the specific actions he desires to undertake that prove both his commitment to God’s Word as well as to his personal relationship with God. It speaks of the quality of his personal, spiritual walk not just as to what he will do internally, but how he will deal with others who will have an effect on that walk. We are the only ones that can decide what kind of person we want to be. Love the Lord with heart, mind,soul and strength. God knows our heart. We are not perfect, but in Him we walk in a way that pleases Him.
