Van Transportation Information Sheet
For Parents & Guardians

Van Departure from Faith Fellowship - Youth, Parents and Guardians please arrive at Faith Fellowship by 5:00 PM. Van will depart Faith Fellowship at
5:15 PM and arrive at Shiloh MBC approximately 5:45 PM.

Van Departure from Shiloh MBC
- We will stay for dinner, Congress Session, Bible Classes and Evening Worship. We will depart Shiloh MBC after benediction at approximately 9:00 PM. Van will arrive back at Faith Fellowship at approximately 9:30 PM.

There will be a sign in, sign out sheet and travel release form for each youth.

No Cost Meals for kids 18 and younger OR up to 21 years old for those with disabilities. The Food Bus Tour will serve from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. All meals must be consumed at the serving site. Dates and locations are listed on the attached flyer.

Thank you for entrusting our Youth Ministry to serve and teach your children. As we grow and Reach One, our Youth Ministry's new name is NextGen Youth Ministry. As we prepare for upcoming events - 2026 Congress, Youth Annual Day and upcoming summer activities, please go to the church website, www.ffmbc.org, click on the NextGen Youth Registration link and register your child/children. We want to ensure that we have correct information on each of our youth.

In addition, Youth Annual Day T-Shirts will be available for $10 each. T-Shirt orders and payments are due no later than Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Payment can be made on the website when you register or via Zelle: [email protected]. Please put on the subject line the shirt size.
