Celebration of Life for Melinda Spinler

Saturday, May 9, Gathering at 1:30, Potluck at 2:00, Music and Dancing to follow. Cook County Community Building

In keeping with Melinda’s spirit, this Celebration of Life will follow the Irish Wake tradition, which combines mourning with laughter, music, and camaraderie. Irish wakes honor the deceased through storytelling and shared memories, offering both comfort and a celebration of life for those gathered.

Like any gathering, many hands make light work. If you are able, we hope you will jump in to help move chairs, wash dishes, sweep the floor, etc. before we say goodnight. We appreciate all the offers to help.
