Excellent message by guest speaker, Craig Holcom. If you are in Christ, you have a new heart. Now you need a new brain. You need to learn to think like Christ. This is called the renewal of the mind. You don't renew your heart. You renew your mind. As you renew your mind, as you learn to think like Christ, you then rewire your brain. As you rewire your brain, you're then able to clearly see God's will and good pleasure at work in your life. As we renew our mind, God's love for each other, God's forgiveness of our enemies, God's peace in our trials and God's confidence as we struggle, is worked out of our heart and life. You have a new heart-you need a new brain. So renew your mind, to rewire your brain.

Rest in who God says you are.
Trust in his goodness at work in your life.
Invest in tomorrow by renewing your mind today.

The enemy wants to intimidate us—but our hope in Christ refuses to be intimidated. In 2 Thessalonians 3, Paul reminds us that God's faithfulness gives us the strength to stand firm, walk faithfully, love faithfully, and keep carrying on even when life is uncertain.
Satan may roar, circumstances may shake us, and relationships may challenge us—but the Lord is faithful, His grace is sufficient, and His peace is greater than our fear. Our hope isn't in knowing everything that will happen tomorrow; our hope is in knowing the One who holds tomorrow.

What do you do when the enemy tries to intimidate you with fear, o...

In a world increasingly shaped by deception, anxiety, compromise, conformity, and spiritual confusion, what does it mean to stand firm as a follower of Christ? In “Be The Resistance,” Pastor Bill Russell walks through 2 Thessalonians 2 and reminds us that our future hope in Christ should determine our present posture.
Christ is coming—and until He comes, we are called to be ready, stand firm, resist the darkness, and live for His glory. Don't simply survive the culture around you. Be the resistance.

What does it mean to be a Christian in a world that is increasingly...

What is the evidence of your hope? In 2 Thessalonians 1, Paul shows us that genuine hope is not merely something we claim—it becomes visible in the way we live, endure suffering, love others, look toward eternity, and glorify Christ.
Your hope is meant to be seen before it is explained. When the storms get harder, our hope can go deeper, our faith can grow stronger, and our lives can become a living testimony of Jesus. I am a testimony of hope!

What if the greatest testimony you have isn't simply what you say—but the hope people see in the way you live? This week's message from 1 Thessalonians 1 reminds us that the gospel first becomes infectious in us before it becomes contagious through us. Because we're not just waiting for Christ—we're already waiting in Christ.

**Hope Is Contagious!** Biblical hope isn't wishful thinking—it's a confident expectation anchored in Jesus Christ. As we begin our study through 1 Thessalonians, we're reminded that the gospel first transforms us from the inside before it spreads through our lives to others. When our hope is root...
