Matthew is telling us not to allow our hearts to focus on earthly treasures but to promote and support heavenly treasures by building the kingdom of God where we live out our days and through our local church; these are our primary investments in this life.

We’re excited to announce our new young peoples’ curriculum for the fall! 🍂 Families, bring your kids at 10 AM on Sundays as we follow along on this 20 week study of Exodus, where we learn about all the joys of following our God!
The interactive study begins this Sunday! All children kindergarten through sixth grade are welcome! The beginning of the school season is a great time to encourage your child’s spiritual and social development in addition to their academic development. All teachers have had background checks and we follow safety protocols. Come join in!

We had a beautiful baptism and picnic in the park today! What an amazing day to celebrate Gordon and Samantha’s expressions of faith. We love our GHNaz family. 🩵

Sad news dear friends and members of GHNAZ, Janice Korstange’s daughter Jessica, passed away suddenly this past Sunday. Our hearts and prayers are with Janice, Nick and their entire family.

The funeral will be held this Saturday, August 8. The viewing will be from 10 AM to 11 AM and the funeral will be at 11:00 AM. There will be a light lunch afterwards.

Janice and Nick’s address is 14251 Shiawassee Drive, Grand Haven, MI 49417.

Prayers are much appreciated.
