FAMILY FUN FEST!
Our Family Fun Fest is almost here! Join us this Saturday,
August 22, from 4:00–7:00 p.m. for our annual community
outreach event featuring food, games, prizes, face painting, and a
petting zoo. It's a wonderful opportunity to connect with our
neighbors and share the love of Jesus in a fun and welcoming
way. If you haven’t yet invited your friends and family, please do
so. They’re sure to have a great time!

Also, thanks again to everyone who signed up to volunteer! If you
have any questions about your volunteer assignment, please talk
to Lisa.

NO FOOD & FELLOWSHIP NEXT WEEK
There will be no after-service food and fellowship next week
because the Fellowship Room will be filled with Family Fun Fest
supplies. We look forward to gathering again on August 30!

SUNDAY SCHOOL
Get ready! Adult Sunday School starts back up Sunday,
September 13, at 9:00 AM. We hope you’ll join us as Pastor Garry
leads us through John Ortberg’s study, If You Want to Walk on
Water, You’ve Got to Get Out of the Boat.

CONGREGATIONAL MEETING AND VOTE
Please plan to stay for a brief congregational meeting following
this week’s morning worship service. Members will vote to appoint Mark Twiest to serve alongside Pastor Don and Pastor Garry on the Elder Board.

Worship Leader
Members will also vote to appoint Megan Noamessi as our new
Worship Leader and approve the proposed part-time salary for this
position.

PRIME TIMERS LUNCH
This month’s Prime Timers’ lunch will take place at Russ’s (1313
S. Beacon, Grand Haven) at 12:30 p.m. this Wednesday, June
17th. If you’re 55 or older, please consider joining the fun! No
RSVP required. All are welcome!

CHURCH PICNIC AND BAPTISM SERVICE
Join us for our summer picnic and baptism service on Sunday,
June 28 at 10:00 a.m. at North Beach Park (18775 N Shore Dr,
Spring Lake). Please note: this will replace our regular Sunday
morning service.

Parking is $8 per car. If you need assistance with the fee, please
see Pastor Don or Pastor Garry—we want everyone to be able to
attend.

Please bring your own drinks and a dish to share. The church will
provide fried chicken and paper products. Don’t forget sunscreen
and towels if you plan to enjoy the beach!
