Monday, June 22nd, 7:00pm at the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, 512 Pearsall Ave, Pontiac, MI 48341, Pastor Terrance J. Gowdy

Mondays, June 29th and the Final Rehearsal July 22nd, 7:00pm at the House of Prayer Missionary Baptist Church, 1851 W. Carpenter Rd., Flint, MI 48505, Rev. Daquan Ford, Pastor

Greetings Moderators, in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

It is with great honor and excitement that I extend this invitation to you and your district leadership to partner with us in supporting our State Oratorical Contest and Oratorical Scholarship Luncheon. This annual event is one of the most meaningful opportunities we have to encourage, develop, and invest in the next generation of leaders within our churches.

We are requesting that each district association sponsor a table for this special luncheon by supporting participants from your district. The funds raised through table sponsorships help offset the expenses associated with our scholarship awards and provide essential travel support for our State Convention Oratorical Representative, who will go forward to represent our state at the National Baptist Congress of Christian Education.

Your support ensures that our youth are celebrated, empowered, and positioned for greater opportunities academically and spiritually.

Location: Second Baptist Church – Ypsilanti, Michigan
Host Pastor: Pastor George Waddles Jr.
Time: 12:00 Noon
Cost: $25.00 per person ($200.00 per table)

We are asking that you secure and sponsor a table from your district, encouraging pastors, churches, and supporters to attend and invest in this impactful ministry. Your participation will make a lasting difference in the lives of our young people and strengthen the future of our state convention.
