This Sunday, September 13th, we’re stepping into the biblical significance of Yom Teruah — the Feast of Trumpets.

Why did God command His people to mark this day with the blast of a trumpet? What is the significance of the shofar? And how did this season become so closely connected with repentance, self-examination, and returning to God?

We’ll explore the history, culture, and Hebrew behind this fascinating biblical observance—but ultimately, this message comes down to one question:

What is God trying to get your attention about right now?

Scripture says:

“Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts.” — Hebrews 3:15

And God says through Joel:

“Even now… return to Me with all your heart.” — Joel 2:12

Since we began our OSHA: Manifestation Gifts of the Holy Spirit series, there has been one message many of you have been waiting for…

VARIOUS KINDS OF TONGUES.

Speaking in tongues is probably the most debated, most misunderstood, and most misused of all the manifestations of the Holy Spirit.

So what does the Bible actually teach?

Pastor Jordan has spent hours upon hours digging into the original Greek, carefully exegeting the text, and comparing Scripture with Scripture—not to defend a tradition, denomination, or personal experience, but to understand what the Word of God actually says.

Ladies, we’d love for you to join us at Living Waters Fellowship for our new Women’s Bible Study!

Beginning Thursday, September 3 at 10:00 AM, we’ll meet every Thursday morning as we walk through The Armor of God by Priscilla Shirer.

This will be a wonderful time to dig deeper into God’s Word, grow in our faith, encourage one another, and learn what it means to stand firm in the spiritual armor God has given us. ⚔️🛡️
