Jodi shares with us her observations from today’s Psalm. What a wonderful God we have, that Ge listens when we call on Him.

When we praise his name and give HIM thanks for everything,(by singing, by talking and by praying) He will be there by your side through thick and then. You can call out to HIM and he will answer you, maybe not what you want at that moment, but the answer will come.

When you are angry you can yell at HIM at the top of your lungs. If you need a friend He is there. When you think you have it all just wait and when you are too big for your pants Jesus will bring you down to earth. He lets you get where you are and keeps you where he wants you to be. Talk to HIM just as you would your friends, and if it makes you feel better put your phone to your mouth and talk. No one knows you are talking to Jesus! He just may answer you if you listen for Him.

The more you talk to Him the more you will see his hand in yours. When you don't talk to him it is easier for others to talk you into doing things that you know you should not.

So SING to your heart's content to the LORD and talk to HIM about everything He is always there!

Our discipleship coordinator, Brandon Newton, shares with us this morning his reflection on Psalm 28!

Today’s Psalm is a reminder that God is the God Who hears and answers our prayers. He sees you where you are. Draw close to Him and rest with Him. He wants to hear every concern you have.

Praise our God who hears!

On this sunny Saturday, Pastor Hannah reflects on Psalms 27 with us:

David's confidence in the Lord shown in this Psalm is inspiring. He is confident in God's protection, salvation, and goodness. Waiting is probably not most of our strongsuits, but David is so confident in the Lord that he encourages, "Oh but just wait!"

Let's have enough confidence in the Lord to wait and expect greater!

In the middle of the youth missions trip, Pastor Justin takes a moment to reflect on Psalm 26 with us:

In this life it is so easy to feel shame and guilt. Luckily we have a way out of that. When we give our life to God, he takes this shame and guilt replaces it with joyfulness and gratitude. We can go before the Lord not feeling fear and shame, but with praise and thankfulness instead. Through Jesus we have solid ground to stand on and praise the Lord.

Let's praise the Lord today!

Today, Pastor Jordan reflects on Psalm 25:

Reading today’s Psalm, it reminds me of the trust we can have in God to be faithful to us. He is a God we can always trust in to show His faithfulness to protect, forgive, and lead us forward when we pursue Him.

What a good God! What did you think about Psalm 25?

As we continues reading Psalms together, Pastor Rachel reflects on Psalm 24 with us today:

Psalm 24 compels us to pause and ask...Who is King in my life? Who is getting the glory?
Blessed and right are those who will SEEK God (vs5-6).
Seek the King. He is close.

Pastor Darlene shares her reflection for Psalms 23.

Psalm 23 Our good Shepherd will provide, lead, restore and comfort. He is trustworthy so we can confidently rest in Him.

Sometimes God's care for us is as simple as He is our Shepherd. Praise Him!

Pastor Tim shares his reflection for Psalms 21!

Psalm 21
This Psalm begins and ends with praising God’s strength. In between David describes different ways God displays His strength.

How have you seen God’s strength on display in your life? Let’s take time today to praise Him for His strength. Theresa is nothing and no one stronger.
