Pastor Hannah shares her reflection on Psalm 118.

This chapter starts and ends with a reminder that God’s love isn’t only there in the good times or when we “feel” it. His love endures with us, it remains with us through the hard and painful times too, and it never leaves. Let us all declare and believe that He is good and His love endures forever!

Praise God!

Pastor Jordan shares his reflection on Psalm 116 with us today.

Psalm 116 Reflection:
V2: “because He inclined His ear to me, therefore I will call on Him as long as I live.”
No matter where we have been in life, I find God is always faithful to listen to us when we cry out for His mercy. That gives me the greatest comfort! That he hears me and my cry’s to Him. Therefore, He is worthy of my praise and devotion!

Pastor Rachel shares her reflection of Psalm 115 with us today.

Psalm 115
Who gets the glory?

If God is the One I trust in, then He gets the glory. If I give myself or other things the glory in my life and place my trust in them, then am I just carving those things into my idols (vs. 4-8)?

Let’s choose to trust the Lord today. Because of His love, faithfulness, help and covering (vs. 1, 11), HE is worthy of glory.

Let’s give God the glory today!

Today, Pastor Darlene shares with us her reflection on Psalm 114.

Psalm 114 reminds us just how big our God truly is, even the mountains and the seas respect Him. Verse 7 says: Tremble, O earth, at the presence of the Lord,
at the presence of the God of Jacob.
Today let’s reflect on how awesome God is and tremble at his presence, not because we are afraid of him but because we respect his presence.

Pastor Lizzie shares us this morning her reflection on Psalm 113.

Glory to our God! Our God is good and blessed this who love Him. He sees us in our lowest moments and still wants us to be in His kingdom. He is faithful and shall reign forevermore. This Psalm reminded me that no matter what we can Praise God first because no matter what, He is good!

What can you praise God for this morning?

Pastor Tim shares his reflection on Psalm 112 with us today.

Psalms 112

“Blessed is the man who fears the Lord…He is not afraid of bad news; his heart is firm in trusting the Lord. His heart is steady; he will not be afraid, until he looks in triumph on his adversaries.”

The Psalmist declared the life Jesus desires for us when he said “do not be anxious.”

Lord, today we take a firm stand and steady our hearts in trusting you.

Praise God, that He is faithful!

Bebout shares her reflection on Psalm 111 today!

Psalms 111

Reading this psalm was very thought provoking, but for me the biggest lesson was stated in verse 10.

As a church, we are all working together to hear what is next in our journey during this time of renovation. Clearly, this verse states that honoring and respecting God is the true starting point for wisdom and understanding. This is confirmation that we all need to continue praying, fasting, and studying scripture to achieve a higher level of clarity that reveals our next steps in knowing God.

Hallelujah!
