God speaks to us through His Word. That is why Bible study is so important to the life of faith:
"This commandment that I command you today is not too hard for you, neither is it far off. It is not in heaven, that you should say, ‘Who will ascend to heaven for us and bring it to us, that we may hear it and do it?’ Neither is it beyond the sea, that you should say, ‘Who will go over the sea for us and bring it to us, that we may hear it and do it?’ But the word is very near you. It is in your mouth and in your heart, so that you can do it." (Deuteronomy 30:9)

He has also posted recordings from the first half of the original Crossways series. These can be accessed for free on the Crossways website. As fewer and fewer people these days have the means to play DVDs, many have moved to streaming services and platforms like YouTube and Vimeo to post content online. Crossways would like to continue to make video teaching resources available, updated to this new format.

On the Crossways.org website, we will be posting video sessions recorded by pastors and presenters who have led online studies. They are provided for those who would like to see Crossways studies being taught, either in preparation for their own teaching, or for independant study. Go to the "Videos Online" pull-down menu.

Maybe it will inspire you to form a study group in your own congregation!

“Even though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the basic principles of the oracles of God. You need milk, not solid food, for everyone who lives on milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, since he is a child. But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil.” (Hebrews 5:11-14)
