Messy Church just keeps getting better and better!

We had our second monthly Messy Church at Concord UMC and it was so much fun! (if but a little hot 🥵). As part of our “Made by God. Cared for by Us.” theme, we made playdough, scavenger hunted plants in the Garden, and even heard from some local heroes! We finished off with a wonderful tomato lunch with the Garden of Concord as well as some pizzas.

Thanks to everyone who came out and helped put this on, especially our special guests from The Garden of Concord and Alamance County Rescue Unit!

Next Messy Church is August 15 at Mt. Hermon UMC, just in time to get folks ready for back to school! We hope to see you there!
