Built Before Camp Begins

Before the campers arrive…
Before the games start…
Before the cabins fill up…

Our staff is being challenged from God’s Word to build their lives on the only foundation that lasts—Jesus Christ.

This week isn’t just about learning policies, procedures, and schedules. It’s about preparing hearts to serve, disciple, encourage, and point campers toward Christ all summer long.

Would you pray for our staff as they continue training? Pray that God would strengthen their faith, deepen their love for Him, and use them in a powerful way in the lives of every camper who comes to Lincoln Lake this summer.

Counselor and supervisor staff training continues…. From Team building initiatives to worship and chapel to boat rides at sunset to amazing biblical conversations… God has assembled an amazing group of humble servant leaders to join us in ministry this summer. We can’t wait to see your kids!!!!

Staff Training Week Has Begun!

Summer camp is just around the corner, and our team is hard at work preparing for an incredible season of ministry!

Over the next several days, our counselors and staff will be learning:
✅ Emergency procedures
✅ Safety protocols
✅ Camper care and supervision
✅ Biblical Next Steps and discipleship conversations
✅ How to lead with excellence, compassion, and a heart for spiritual growth

We believe that great camp ministry doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when dedicated leaders are trained to care for campers physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

And yes… we’ll be having plenty of fun along the way too! 😄⚽

This morning’s Human Foosball match is just one example of our team building relationships, learning to work together, and preparing to serve the campers God will bring to Lincoln Lake this summer.

Would you join us in praying for our staff as they train this week? Pray that God would use them to point campers to Christ and help each child take their next step in following Him.
