A lot of people want the church to feel powerful, excellent, and moving, but fewer people are willing to serve in the quiet places that make that possible. Worship doesn't happen because a few talented people show up on stage; it happens when ordinary people offer their gifts to God with humility, consistency, and a heart to serve.

Every person has a calling! Not just pastors, worship leaders, or people with a microphone. Your calling may look different than someone else’s, but it still matters. God placed gifts, passion, compassion, and purpose inside of you for a reason.

So stop disqualifying yourself because you don’t feel “ready enough,” “spiritual enough,” or “important enough.”

You were created on purpose, with purpose, for a purpose.

Are you waiting for more money, a bigger house, or better things to be used by God? God isn't focused on what you have; He's more interested in whether you're willing to give it to Him with open hands. 🙏🏼
