We have some incredible faith partners that we support in many ways. One of those is Downtown Ministries. They are looking for people to mentor those going through the following Classes.
Faith & Finances: a class that helps individuals build healthy financial habits through budgeting, stewardship, saving, and biblical financial principles.
Jobs for Life: a program focused on job readiness, confidence, workplace skills, and helping individuals pursue long-term employment and stability.
Ready Now Recovery: a class designed to support individuals navigating addiction recovery and life transformation through encouragement, accountability, faith, and community support.
Healing From Trauma: a class that creates space for individuals to process difficult experiences, find healing, build healthy coping skills, and restore hope through supportive community and faith-based encouragement.
They will be hosting training for anyone interested in serving in this capacity on June 24th, July 1st, & July 8th @ the First Brethren from 5:30-7:00 p,m.
