CMC leaders joined 400,000+ leaders in 100+ countries around the world by streaming the Global Leadership Summit this past Thursday and Friday at the local host church, Maple City Chapel. Attendees were both online and in-person. The live leadership summit took place near Chicago at Willow Creek church.
At the summit, our CMC leaders processed and shared their takeaways, which are as follows:
• Pattern Disruption: If you don’t like the outcome, change the pattern. The disruption doesn’t have to be dramatic, but it has to be effective.
• What to make of a life. What seeds were planted in your life when you were young that need to be watered?
• High productivity may actually occur in the third stage of one’s life cycle.
• Don’t let your skills weaken under pressure.
