Like Jesus, we choose to be simple and concise on our mission, to introduce as many people as we can to Jesus. Following the model of Christ, we intend to be a body of Christ followers who are relational,
evangelistic, authentic and loving in our approach to ministry in the communities we work and play in. God is love and we desire for God’s people to be properly equipped to receive his love, grace, freedom, joy, growth, healing, deliverance, abundant life and so much more that can only be found in him. We’re real people, living in a real world with real issues. We don’t hide the fact that we need help, and we don’t desire to stay secretive about our life and problems. We admire accountability, and don’t fear it. We seek to do more than just survive the weekly routine of song and scripture, but to thrive through a growth process that while may be painful at times will lead us into a fulfilling life in Christ. What we want you to know is God isn’t requiring perfection (He’s got that part), He’s requiring willingness, humbleness, humility and obedience. He desires relationship with His children through a life of simple devotion with Him. Through this approach, we can come to the loving Father as we are, who we are, where we are. We also don’t believe in “cookie cutter” Christianity. God, being the creative artist He is, created EVERYTHING with individuality, down to those He made in His own image, giving each his own personality, style, and thumbprint – uniqueness IS God’s nature. God doesn’t desire you or your calling in His kingdom to look like anybody else’s, and we strive to encourage that, to help find your calling in God and more than anything BE YOU in it. The “mold of a Christian” truly can only be shaped by the master artist - not by mimicking the likes of another. We want to help you find “you” in Christ and flourish in that. Real faith comes from real people living a life of “realness” with a real God. RC desires to teach and instill this lifestyle back into the body of Christ, back into His bride. We desire to truly equip God’s people to be God’s people. We believe this generation hates “fake” and we want to show the raw, real, powerful and loving God that He is. To focus on teaching the principles of God to this generation, to create radical lovers of Christ, to get the Word of God back into the hands of His disciples and for them to confidently apply it to their lives. RC wants to create fearless world changers, not afraid to live the life God has called them too. We want this generation to walk in the gifts confidently and to continually be fruitful. To walk relentlessly in their pursuit of Christ and share that with the world around them. We all have an opportunity to make an impact. In the messiness of life, in the greatness of life we want to show you how you can be a disciple in the every day, not just in the “weekly service.” In the raw daily moments of life you can choose to hear the Father, act on what he says and live the life God intended for you. There is no greater life and no greater JOY, than to live passionately in what God has called you to. REAL ACTION. REAL IMPACT. RC believes this generation is hungry to be a part of something bigger than themselves, to contribute to the community and make a real difference. We strongly want to apply our genuine love and faith in God, and put that into real action to make a real impact in the communities surrounding us. We will strongly focus on this ministry being about “real ministry” in all aspects. We want to truly “be the church” for the real people in need in this world. As a part of this we want to be BOLDLY generous in giving. Outside of our operating expenses we plan to give 50% of the overflow back to the needs of our communities every month. We want the needs of our communities to be met by the church, opening a door for Jesus to be introduced into the hearts of the people. True love from the church, from the heart of Christ changes everything. DEEPER VIEW ON THE RC VALUES. RELATIONSHIPS: From the very beginning God ordained relationships when He recognized that “it isn’t good for man to be alone” (Genesis 2:18), likewise, RC believes that relationships are a vital part of being connected to the Body of Christ. EVANGELISM: As Christ-followers, it’s RC’s intention to introduce as many people as we can to the incredible love and grace found in Jesus Christ (Mark 16:15). To connect them to the Father who has great plans and purpose for their lives, which can only be accomplished through sharing the gospel. AUTHENTICITY: God has created each person uniquely (Psalm 139:13-14), with gifting’s and talents that He intends to purpose for His kingdom. RC believes in being authentic in who you are as that is where we can fully embrace the purposes for our lives. LOVE: God is love (1 John 4:8) so as a body RC recognizes that if we are going to follow Christ’s teachings and ways, we must fully embrace a true love for others and show that not only through our words but equally through our actions to others and the community.
