Zion Lutheran Church - Gordonville Zion Lutheran Church is a member of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. We are located just two miles south of Gordonville, Missouri along Highway 25.

Come join us for Sunday school at 9:15 am and worship at 10:15 am! Zion Lutheran Church is a Missouri Synod based church located just south of Gordonville, Missouri. Serving our community by spreading the Word of God, we actively seek to honor Matthew 28:19-20: "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teach

ing them to observe all things that I have commanded you..." Zion Lutheran Church was founded in 1865. While the original church no longer stands, the current sanctuary was completed in 1915. Today, the original floor-to-ceiling stained glass windows still illuminate the beautiful sanctuary. The organ is also original to the church. Just a few years ago the organ went under a major renovation, bringing it back to magnificent quality.

Just a reminder that tomorrow, Friday, March 27th will be our last fish fry of the year. You can reserve tickets by commenting or PM here on our page, or we will be selling them at the door too.
We have not announced before who the proceeds will be going to yet, so we want to take the opportunity to tell you now. All proceeds from this fish fry will be going to Anna Crismore, a member of our congregation. Anna is originally from Peoria, IL and is a senior at SouthEast Missouri State University. Anna is graduating in May with an Agribusiness Communication degree. She will be attending one of the Concordia University's upon graduating to become a Deaconess. Anna has served as vice president at the Lutheran chapel on campus for a year and a half, and also worked for CPH as an intern doing public relations last summer. During high school Anna was a CNA on a neuro floor in a hospital. Money raised will help Anna with her tuition costs.
Come enjoy some amazing fish and help support this amazing young lady.

We are going to be frying more fish for this fry so hopefully we wont sell out this time. We don't like running out and having to turn people away.

Tickets are available now for our amazing fish fry, March 13th from 5 to 7pm. Menu consists of fish, hushpuppies, fries, macaroni and cheese, baked beans, slaw, dessert, and a drink. Adults and carryouts are $15, kids 6 to 10 are $8, and children 5 and under are free. The meal is AYCE buffet style. All proceeds from this fry will go to help Chrissy Lower (Shinn) who is a missionary from our congregation. You may comment here to reserve tickets, or call/text Pam Petzoldt (573) 270-9556.
