For the next few weeks we have a cross stood up in the foyer for people to write down and tape prayer requests to. Each Sunday for the next few weeks at the end of Sunday school class our youth along with whoever else would like to join is going to be praying over each request! It’s so important we teach our children how to pray so they know how to keep that open communication with the Lord! He welcomes and looks forward to hearing our prayers and thank you Lord that we get to pray for others! I hope you all have a wonderful and blessed rest of your Sunday! God is good✝️

Last night a wonderful time was had! The annual Community Giving Garden has been planted! Lots of good and yummy things to come😋. It’s FREE for the community to enjoy! Something Pastor always says is “you can’t steal free.”

Many hands made light work and we even enjoyed the fire-pit making s’mores along with some volleyball and free play after!

The cool part is we get to plant seeds in more ways than one! All it takes is for you to plant one small seed about Jesus in someone’s life and just like we take care of a garden, we watch God do the watering and the sunshine and then we get to see the beautiful result that comes of it! All we need to do is plant the seed and watch God work! HALLELUJAH🙌🏻✝️

We had a sweet time of prayer, a lesson on Philippians 2 and how to be unified in the church and other believers, and a great discussion.

The only way you can effectively and continuously pursue living how Christ calls you to live, and how it was laid out for the churches in the Bible, is to let God do a TRANSFORMING Work so deep in your heart, so that YOUR WILL aligns with HIS WILL.

“For it is GOD Who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill His good purpose.”

Today we celebrated the one who is no longer in the tomb! Jesus our Lord is risen! Hallelujah✝️🙌🏻. We had a wonderful service followed by an Easter egg hunt for the kids and then we got to baptize not one but TWO! The Lord is good✝️ If you don’t have a home church we would love for you to come be with us at Living Water Ministries in Gordonsville. Sunday school at 10 and church starts at 11. We have Wednesday Bible study at 6:30 for all ages!

A huge thank you to our pastor’s wife Diana C Blackburn for joining us with her adult class, and teaching on “Sanctification”.
I watched some of our older youth answer some questions as well, and it blessed me!

Join us tonight at 6:30! If your child is age 9 and up we would love to have them in the pavilion at Living Water Ministries! Lesson is going to be from Kie Blackburn. Adult classes and younger children classes are held up in the church building and they each have amazing teachers as well! Let’s get together and study the word of God!
