To all of God's people who where in attendance at Living Water Ministries yesterday I think you'll agree WE HAD A GREAT DAY! We started with an amazing lesson for the adults by Brother Larry Dillard. We tested a new Sunday School clock that startled most, but worked like a charm. We had outstanding praise and worship with an important lesson in priorities by Pastor Kevin Blackburn. There were hints given about the success of the women's retreat ("no yellow, Reiko") and the pastor may have pointed a finger at one of the media team - I do not know why :)
All of this was followed by a fun picnic with hamburgers, hot dog, and ice cream.
As promised, the recipe for Sister Sharon's fruit salad is:
Cut all your favorite fruit into bite-sized pieces (fresh and/or frozen)
Optional: toss with a little lemon juice to prevent browning
Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk and refrigerate until serving
Alternately: combine 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup cream, evaporated milk, or Greek yogurt and drizzle over fruit.
According to Sister Sharon "you can pour sweetened condensed milk on a shoe and eat it".

The LWM Women of Faith were blessed to gather for a retreat this week in beautiful Tellico Plains, Tennessee. Heartfelt thanks go to Holly Blackburn for her dedication in planning and bringing this special time together.
Surrounded by the beauty of God’s creation, the women shared meaningful fellowship, renewed their spirits, and returned home encouraged and refreshed.
