Mule Day Activities June 5 & 6

Sunday, June 7 is the Second Sunday After Pentecost.
6:00-Volleyball for youth and young adults. Supper will be provided.
Come enjoy a night of fun and competition!

The FLC is reserved for Cheer Camp June 11-13

Men’s Breakfast will be June 14

Father’s Day is June 21


Cornerstone VBS The Tree of Life will be June 22-24 6:00pm-8:30pm 4-year-olds -6th Grade Looking forward to being with everyone again this year! Let’s pray for our children and their families that God will send our way and invite people you know. Online Registration will be on Facebook soon!

The Ladies Bible Study will meet tonight.

Annual Conference will be May 28-30 at Clear Branch. Please pray for the leaders of the Alabama Global Methodist Churches

Practice for Miss Mule Day Pageant will be held in the FLC on Thursday, May 28 and the Miss Mule Day Pageant will be held on Friday, May 29 in the FLC

May 31 is the 1st Sunday After Pentecost & Trinity Sunday

The Food Pantry will be open Monday, June 1

The Men’s Brotherhood will meet on Tuesdays in June

Due to Gordo hosting the semi-finals in 3A state baseball playoffs, all Wednesday evening activities at Cornerstone Methodist have been cancelled. We encourage all to come out and support our young men, coaches, and our community as they continue to represent Gordo in this journey. Welcome the visitors to our community and show them the hospitality of our town.
“Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it” Hebrews 13: 2.
Cheer for the Green Wave but welcome the visitors.

The Family Life Center is reserved for Graduation activities Thursday & Friday, May 14 & 15. Graduation is May 15.

Sunday, May 17 the Trustees will meet at 5:30pm

It is Spring cleaning time at Cornerstone! Your help is needed to do some pressure washing of the sidewalk sat the church. The goal is to have it completed by Sunday, May 3. Please contact Bro. Marvin if you can help with this project.

2. Stairs to office and to the downstairs fellowship hall

4. Front of church-Not steps!
5. Sidewalk under awnings-beside prayer garden

Monday, May 4-The Food Pantry will be open. The Scouts will meet in the FLC and the Ladies Circle will meet downstairs.
