Our choir consists of parishioners who volunteer their time, talent, and service to our parish community. Our choir rehearses on Tuesday evenings from 7:00-8:30pm; cantors practice from 8:30-9:00pm. Choir members sing together to enhance the Christmas Midnight Mass, Holy Week Liturgies, Holy Days of Obligation, and celebration of the sacrament of Confirmation. lder - music reading skills are helpful, but not necessary. Instrumentalists need to contact the Directors of Music for music requirements to be a member of the choir. Mass Schedule: Saturday 5:00pm, Sunday 7:30, 9:30, and 11:30am. The mission of IC Youth Choir is to provide the children of Immaculate Conception Church with the opportunity to develop their faith, self-confidence and artistic appreciation through singing joyfully to the Lord. IC Youth Choir promotes liturgy-based ensembles that are inspiring contributions to the congregation of Immaculate Conception Church and is dedicated to the art and beauty of youth. IC Youth Choir is open to children grades 4-12. 2nd & 3rd graders have to audition and demonstrate good reading and singing skills. We practice on Saturday mornings from 9:15-10:15am in church. Cantors practice every first and third Saturday from 10:15-10:45am. The youth choir year runs from September to May. The children sing at the Saturday 5:00pm, Sunday 9:30am & 11:30am Masses throughout the year. They also sing for First Holy Communion and other church sponsored events.
