Our culture has plenty of answers. Scripture gives us something better.

GRACE ISN’T FAIR! That’s why it’s called grace.

No one is deserving of it, but in Luke 15 we see God extend grace to both the younger & older brother in the parable of Jesus.

It’s easy to believe in grace when you’re the one receiving it. It’s harder when God gives grace to someone you don’t think deserves it.

In Luke 15, the older brother did everything right but still missed the heart of his father. You can obey God, serve God, and stay close to God while still believing He owes you something.

Grace isn’t fair. That’s what makes it grace.
