In PVC Students, we kicked off our new series “Asking for a Friend”. Here are the questions we went over this past weekend:
❓ Does the Bible ever make you laugh?
→ Yes, Scripture is serious, but there are also moments that remind us God has personality too.
📖 2 Timothy 4:14, Matthew 17:4-3, Luke 11:45-46
❓ Why is it important to take our faith seriously?
→ Because people should be able to see Jesus through the way we live.
📖 1 Peter 3:15
❓ How can we give God our worries and receive His peace?
→ Trust that God is still in control, even when life feels uncertain.
📖 Romans 15:13
❓ How do we honor our parents?
→ Through obedience, respect, and honoring God with our actions.
📖 Ephesians 6:1-2
❓ Why is following Jesus a marathon and not a sprint?
→ Lasting faith is built through consistent daily steps, not burning out trying to do everything at once.
❓ What is a testimony?
→ Your story of how God has changed your life, and no one can take that away from you.
