Metro Young Adults

I absolutely love our young adult group!!! We’ve only been with them just for a few weeks and there are blast to be with. If you’re college age or a young adult and looking for a group to connect with, this would be a great group to join. We meet every Sunday at 9:30 at Metro Baptist. And then starting July 9 on Thursdays, we will begin having a weekly worship service for young adults. Exciting times ahead!

Yesterday, Sarah and I began our first officially day in the Metro Young Adults Community Group. I was talking with the group earlier week and told them to cause me a problem on the first Sunday where we will run out of room and need more chairs. Well, they accomplished that and more. This is an amazing group of young people. They are filled with excitement and passion and it is so evident. I've been with them for a few weeks now and words cannot express how excited we are being a part of this group. Great days are ahead!! Here a few pics that Sarah took. Due to the winter storm this morning, THERE WIIL BE NO COMMUNITY GROUPS. HOWEVER, we still plan to have our regular 10:30 worship service as the temperatures are expected to rise quickly. If we decide to cancel, we will post that information on the church's Facebook account.

We had a great Sunday of fellowship and worship with our young adult ministry! The YAWG did fantastic leading our time of worship, and we enjoyed a crazy spread of sweet breads Aaron brought!
Join us every Sunday at 9:15 for worship and breakfast before small group study!
