Foundation Scripture: Colossians 3:1-4

I. RAISED WITH CHRIST v.1
“To raise together, to cause to rise together.”
It Means to be Resurrected to Life!

A. It means your old life is over, and a new life has begun.
• You are a new creature (2 Corinthians 5:17) (Ephesians 4:22-24)
• Your Spiritual Resurrection is the foundation for everything in your Walk with Christ.

B. Now Set Your Minds on Things Above vv. 1,2
• Being “raised” means your life is now oriented toward things above and not earthly things.
• You begin to live from Heaven to Earth

Your Mindset changes from I am trying to reach God
To God is Reaching out to me!

• You see the world around you through
o Christ’s Presence
o Christ’s Authority
o Christ’s Values
o Christ’s Kingdom

Your Inner Compass has Changed.

C. You have a New Power Source

Resurrection Life is not Self-Improvement.
It is Christ’s Life Pouring out of you.

II. HIDDEN WITH CHRIST V.3

A. Means your True Identity is now secured in Christ
• Your Old Self, the Person Ruled by Sin, Shame, and Worldly Identity, no longer defines you.

B. “Hidden with Christ” means “union”.
• When we are raised with Christ or resurrected with Christ
• You are Spiritually Joined to Him

REFUSE TO BE IMPRESSED WITH THE DARKNESS!

💥The world is pushing new fascinations — UFOs, aliens, “interdimensional intelligence,” and every shiny deception hell can manufacture. Many will fall for it because they’re entertained by darkness instead of anchored in truth.

But not us!

🔥We do NOT bow to cultural pressure.
🔥We do NOT chase the latest spiritual distraction.
🔥We do NOT let the enemy impress us with illusions.

💥We are the Children of God — grounded, rooted, unshaken.

🔥When the world is dazzled by deception, we stand firm in the Word.
🔥When darkness tries to look deep, we expose it with truth.
🔥When the enemy performs his circus tricks, we refuse to clap.

➡This is the hour to stay anchored.
➡This is the hour to stay discerning.
➡This is the hour to REFUSE to be impressed by the darkness of this world.

Stand firm. Stay grounded. Stay awake.

WE MUST BE GROUNDED IN THE WORD OF GOD!

🔥Eyes can be fooled. God’s Word cannot.
🔥The world deceives — the Word reveals.

In this world today, we cannot trust the things we see with our eyes.

The Word of God tells us that there will be a great delusion in the end times before the coming of Christ.

The World is preparing us for that great delusion.

🔥If you’re not grounded, you’ll be deceived.

💥Truth isn’t trending — it’s eternal.
💥Don’t trust the noise. Trust the Word.

We, as Children of God, must not believe the lie and be deceived. WE MUST BE GROUNDED IN THE WORD OF GOD!

I REFUSE TO BE IMPRESSED BY THE DARKNESS!

UFOs, Interdimensional Intelligence, Aliens? This message addresses the Great Delusion that is already ready to manifest. DO NOT LET YOUR FAITH BE SHAKEN!

Colossians 3:1-2
I. REMEMBER WHO RAISED YOU!! v.1

• Don’t let temporary things control your eternal life.
• You cannot be a House Resurrection Life
• When you are Distracted by Spiritual Deception!
• The Light of Christ is greater than the Darkness and Deception (John 1:3-5)
• Darkness is real, but not Supreme
• The enemy is active, but He is Defeated (Colossians 2:13-15)
• We as Believers should be alert, not Intimidated.

Jesus’ authority is greater than fear, oppression, confusion, evil, and the deception of the Devil!

II. DON’T BE DECEIVED BY THE DARKNESS!

Darkness is real, and one of its chief weapons is Deception
(2 Thessalonians 2:9)

• Don’t be deceived by the darkness!
• We as Believers fight from victory, not for victory
• We can’t build our Faith on Speculation, Headlines, Internet and Social Media Theories, or Fear-Driven Conversations.

III. HOW DARKNESS DECEIVES (2 Corinthians 11:14)

Darkness Deceives by Distortion, Disguise, and Intimidation

• It exaggerates its power so people will fear what God has already defeated.
• It brings confusion, so people stop trusting the truth of God's Word.
• It uses intimidation, accusation, and lies to push believers out of faith and into agreement with fear.
• It Disguises itself to Distract and bring Disillusion.

IV. GREATER THAN THE DARKNESS!
(2 Corinthians 10:4-5), (Romans 8:37-39)

• What is Extravagant is not always what is Essential.
• What is shiny is not always sacred.
• What is mystical is not always from the Master.
• The devil is a Counterfeit, not a Creator.
• Darkness can only Imitate; it cannot Originate.
• It can Threaten, but it cannot Triumph.
• Darkness can Whisper, but it cannot Overrule the Word of God.

I am not Shaken by Shadows of Darkness
I have been filled with Light and Life of Christ.

1 John 4:4
4 … Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world

No matter what happens in culture, this remains true:

• God is still Sovereign.
• Jesus is still Lord.
• The Gospel is still true.
• We will not bow to fear.
• We will not Bend to Confusion.
• We will not Break under Intimidation.
• We will not fall for Deceptive Signs or Wonders
• We will stand in truth, walk in light, and speak with authority.
• We will not be Preoccupied with Darkness!

I, as a Child of God,

GOD UNDERSTANDS YOUR STRUGGLES.

💥Not one tear, not one battle, not one silent fight is wasted.

🔥God uses your struggles to strengthen you — to deepen your roots, sharpen your faith, and anchor your foundation in Christ.

💥Your struggles are not designed to break you. They are designed to build you, stretch you, and build your endurance.

🔥Every struggle is evidence of a spiritual battle being fought. What you feel in the natural is connected to what’s happening in the unseen.

💥The struggle is not sent to destroy you — it’s shaping you.
It’s preparing you.
It’s maturing you.
It’s positioning you.

🔥Your struggle has a purpose.
And God is using it for your good and His glory.

🔥Keep standing. Keep trusting. Keep fighting.
You’re being strengthened for what’s next.

UNSHAKABLE - ROOTED IN CHRIST
Rooted, Built Up, Established, and Victory in Christ

Below are the congregational notes that I give to the congregation for support of the message.

Foundation Scripture: Colossians 2:1-15

I. STRENGTH IN CHRIST (vv. 1–5)

A. Your Struggle has Purpose
• God uses your struggle to strengthen your foundation
• The struggle is the visible fruit of unseen battles
• Someone else’s Breakthrough is tied to your Struggle

B. Your Struggle brings Spiritual Maturity
• Struggles should encourage and knit together Believers in unity
• Struggles should give us full assurance of Christ and Clarity of His faithfulness
• Unity + Clarity = protection from deception
• DON'T BE DECEIVED BY FINE-SOUNDING ARGUMENTS v.4
• You must be rooted in truth, so you will not be deceived by persuasive words.
• Spiritual stability is evidence of maturity

II. WALK IN CHRIST (vv. 6–7)
Christ is more than just an open door; He is a pathway that leads and directs our paths - (Proverbs 3:5-6)

A. “As you received Christ… so walk in Him.”
• Growth is not self-improvement; it’s deeper dependence on Christ.
• The Christian life is not begun by Christ and continued by human effort.
• It is rooted, built up, and established in Him.
• You are built up by Christ — not by culture
• “Your stability isn’t in your strength — it’s in your roots in Christ.”
• “Be built up in Christ — strength comes from the structure He forms in you.”
• “Stand established in Christ — stability is the fruit of staying close to Him.”

III. CENTERED IN CHRIST (v. 8)

A. Beware of empty philosophies
• Human tradition and worldly principles cannot produce spiritual life.
• Anything “not according to Christ” is spiritually hollow.
• Beware of philosophies that sound wise but are empty.
• Empty philosophies promise everything and deliver nothing
• Don’t trade the fullness of Christ for fragments of a sin-sick culture.
• The world builds illusions; Christ builds foundations

You don’t need “Christ plus.” You need Christ—period.

IV. COMPLETE IN CHRIST (vv. 9-10)

A. Christ is fully God, and believers are complete in Him
• In Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.
• In Him we lack nothing—He is the Head over all powers.
• Christ is not an addition to life—He is life. (John 10:10, Galatians 2:20, John 1:1-5)

V. VICTORY IN CHRIST (vv. 11–15)

A. The record of debt canceled (v. 14)
• The “handwriting of requirements” (debt) was wiped out.
• Christ nailed it to the cross—permanently removed.

B. Christ’s victory over spiritual powers (v. 15)
• He disarmed them.
• He made a public spectacle of them.
• He triumphed over them through the cross.

The cross is not only forgiveness - IT IS VICTORY!

Our walk is worthy because it’s not powered by us… It’s powered by Him.
