Last fall, Sunday School students from Grace Lutheran Church in Goodhue, MN, were inspired by the Kingdom Workers video “Goats and the Gospel.” 🐐

Along with their teacher, Mr. Dean Opsahl, they decided to raise money to buy goats for the Africa Disability Ministry. Every time they raised enough for 1 goat, they posted a cut-out picture of a goat on their bulletin board.

In the end, this small group of students raised enough money for 5 goats through their Sunday School offerings.

In this picture, they are visiting Mr. Opsahl’s farm, which he used to help explain the project to the students. Kingdom Workers is blessed by people of all ages with a heart for giving. 💛

I don’t know about this lady’s other theology but I do need to be reminded in this age of social media that I could easily become a Pharisee if I use videos of unbelievers acting like unbelievers to make myself feel less like a sinner in need of forgiveness through the blood of Jesus.
