Who is ready for Rainforest Falls?!?!?!
Come spread the Gospel and love of Jesus with us this summer!!!
Registration is open for Volunteers and Participants!!!
We are taking Participants going into Kindergarten up to going into 6th grade. Volunteers are going into 7th grade and up.
Our dates this year are a week earlier, July 13-17. Our location this year has temporarily moved to St Mark’s Catholic Church in Gonzales due to construction at the St Theresa campus.
Registration for participants is limited at this time due to a shortage of volunteers but as we get more volunteers, more spaces will open until we reach our regular capacity.
We will take participants younger than Kindergarten if a parent is also volunteering.

Guess this means True North VBS 2025 is officially in the books. Thanks to all who could make it to our VBS Mass this morning. (Those not pictured, on the floor directing these precious kiddos too).
Thanks to ALL of our Volunteers!!! This doesn’t happen without yall!!! Please comeback next year.
Thanks to all the families who sent their precious children to share in Jesus’ love and learn more about trusting him this week.
Thanks to our church and school staff who went above and beyond to help us make this week so great! Thanks Father Matt for teaching these children about Adoration and leading such a beautiful Eucharistic Procession!
It was truly an AMAZING week of Faith and Fun!
We can’t wait for Rainforest Falls next year!!!

Today at True North VBS, we learned about the Sacrament of Confirmation which symbolizes our growth in our faith. St Jean Vianney also helped people grow in their faith during their confessions. Through his actions he helped the people better trust Jesus similar to our Bible buddy Bruce the Moose's message: when we need help, we can trust Jesus! 🫎

VBS Day 5:
"When we need help, we can trust Jesus"
Jesus gave his followers a huge job to do! When kids feel overwhelmed, today's passage can remind them that Jesus promises to be a faithful friend who helps us no matter what.
Our last day for VBS 2025! What an awesome week we have had growing in our faith in a fun-filled way!

Today at True North VBS, we learned the Act of Hope—demonstrated by Saint Rita's story where she overcame her time of despair and pain by putting her trust in Jesus just as our Bible buddy Earnest the Eagle shared with us. 🦅

VBS Day 4:
"When we need hope, we can trust Jesus"
Like Jesus' followers, kids may face times that seem hopeless or dark. Today's passage encourages kids that Jesus is our hope---both here on earth and for eternity!
We are in the home stretch of an amazing week! Thanks for praying along for our campers and volunteers!

Today at True North VBS, we learned about the Brown Scapular, a holy devotional garment representing Mother Mary's divine protection, which when we feel powerless, it can remind us to trust the Holy Family. St. Maurice is an example of trusting Jesus in situations where you feel weak just as our Bible buddy Kody the Bear taught us! 🐻

VBS Day 3:
"When we feel powerless, we can trust Jesus"
Even a mighty Roman officer knew he didn't have power like Jesus. When circumstances make kids feel helpless, they can always trust in Jesus' strength.
We are midweek in our VBS adventures! We continue to pray.

Today at True North VBS, we learned about the Tabernacle, which rests on the Altar of the Church, serving as a vessel holding the Eucharist and a representation of the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. However, when the Tabernacle is open and the Eucharist is revealed, the Adoration of the Eucharist allows for meditation when you may be troubled–to speak to Jesus, just as Venerable Antonietta Meo had, and just like what our Bible buddy, Clawdia the King Crab, has taught us! 🦀

VBS Day 2:
"When we feel alone, we can trust Jesus"
Jesus affirms just how valuable we are to God. So when kids feel lonely, left out, or cast aside, they don't need to worry. They can trust in God's rock-solid love. We continue to pray for VBS!
