You told us what you’d love to see at future ladies’ events—and we’re making it happen!

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘎𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘎𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 -
𝘔𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘺, 𝘕𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 2𝘯𝘥 @ 6𝘱𝘮 -
𝘍𝘉𝘊 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘩 𝘊𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳

Think of it like a farmers market… but a lot better and way more intentional.

Here’s how it works:

Bring 10 of the SAME item to share (individually wrapped).

It can be something you’ve made OR one of your favorite things if crafting and baking aren’t your thing!

Think eggs, jam, syrups, bread, granola, cookies, mini-cakes, scrunchies, lotions, candles, paintings, bookmarks, framed quilt squares —and everything in between!

𝐖𝐞’𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬!

You’ll swap your 10 items with the other ladies, and everyone will leave with at least 10 different goodies to take home!

But this is about more than what’s in the basket. It’s about gathering, sharing and making new friends.

We’ll sip on cold brew or tea, spend the afternoon admiring everyone’s creations, sharing our favorites, getting to know one another, and dreaming about the next ladies’ event.

BLESSED & BLOOMING with Whitni Decker-Skinner

We had a GREAT time tonight at our women’s event!

There’s just something special about women getting together!

Tonight was a little reminder of what FBC Ladies Ministry is all about — making connections, building friendships, encouraging one another, growing in faith, and having FUN along the way!

A huge THANK YOU to Hannah Cariker Head & Whitni Skinner for putting together such a fun evening, and to all the ladies who came and made it so special!

Our hearts and prayers are with everyone affected by the Rio Escondido Fire between Evant and Hamilton, especially those who have been evacuated and the firefighters and first responders working tirelessly to contain the fire.

As a church family, we are thankful for the opportunity to come alongside those in need and lend a helping hand. We’re grateful for the love, prayers, and generosity of our FBC family during this difficult time. ❤️

Please continue to pray for protection, strength, and safety for everyone involved—and for the families who are being impacted by this fire. 🙏

Vermont Mission Trip — Will You Go With Us?

Our mission at FBC Goldthwaite is: GLORIFY! GROW! GO!

This trip gives us an opportunity to live out all three.

We will have opportunities to serve alongside NEBC, help with practical projects, build relationships, share the Gospel, and encourage those who are working to reach the people of Vermont. And, of course, we will have some time to experience a part of the country very different from Central Texas!

This trip isn’t just for a certain age group. Students, adults, families, individuals and friends are all welcome. You don’t have to be a member of FBC Goldthwaite to come. If you have a heart for missions, a desire to serve, or simply want to step outside your comfort zone and be part of what God is doing, we would love to have you consider going!

💰 Don’t let the cost keep you from saying YES!

We will be doing fundraising to help cover travel expenses, and scholarships are often available for mission trips. We don’t want finances to be the reason someone misses the opportunity to go.

What an AWESOME night at First Families!

It was a little crowded in the Youth Center for dinner—but what an awesome problem to have! We are so excited about our new children & family area, coming in just a couple of months!

After dinner, we break into 5 groups:
Nursery, First Kids, First Youth, First Principles, and Re|engage. There’s a place for everyone!

A HUGE THANK YOU to Tom Guthrie, Jason Creswell, Jimmy Jones, and our amazing kitchen team for a yummy dinner!!!

Missed tonight? Join us next Sunday at 5:30 PM for dinner, Bible study & fellowship. All ages are welcome!
