A quick reminder about a couple of things; First of all, there will be no adult or children’s ministries tomorrow evening, Wednesday February 4th as we are having the Auditorium re-carpeted. Also, Nathan Deck is scheduled to preach this Sunday, February 8th and the vote on the Pastoral Candidate is scheduled next Wednesday, February 11th at 6:30 PM. For those of our number that do not drive after dark, please contact someone in your Sunday School class for a ride as we want everyone to be able to vote. If you cannot find a ride, call us in the church office and we will see what we can arrange for you. Thank you.

Ladies, due to the possibility of icy road conditions, the Ladies Fellowship scheduled for Tuesday, February 3rd has been cancelled.

Because of the cold temperatures and snow in the forecast expected tomorrow, Sunday February 1st, we are cancelling all services and ministries. Also, we are scheduling the Business meeting for the purpose of voting on our Pastoral Candidate on Wednesday February 11th. We plan to give you an opportunity to hear Nathan Deck preach a 2nd time on Sunday February 8th.

Many of you have asked how we as a church can help with the hurricane relief efforts in Western NC. Our sister church, Community Baptist and Wayne Christian School are serving as a donation site this week. Please see the attached flyer to make donations needed. Thank You!

Our hearts are with Western NC as they face the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene. We are partnering with Community Baptist Church of La Grange, NC and Freedom Baptist Church to collect relief items to be delivered this weekend. Feel free to drop off any donations at the school or at Community Baptist in Lagrange. High school student athletes will be at car line every day to collect items during drop-off, or you can take items to any school office (including the daycare) or the gym.
