Breaking generational cycles starts with a single choice. ❤️

Yesterday, Kevin reminded us about Joseph,​ who was a man who decided to do everything opposite of his family's past. He ended the cycle of bad relationships, broke through sibling rivalry, and chose forgiveness over revenge.

​We are so excited for our annual Church in the Park! This is a completely chill, stress-free morning to gather, fellowship, and just enjoy being together. Grab your lawn chairs, blankets, and a friend (or three!) and join us.

​☕️ Bonus: The Sip and See coffee truck will be there! Canvas is covering half the tab, so you can score a delicious iced coffee for just $3. 👀👌

​Note: Childcare won't be provided for this outdoor service, but the whole family is welcome to hang out and enjoy the park vibes with us!

It might be a rainy and gloomy day outside, but inside our kids ministry, it is always bright! ☀️

​Our church family is growing, which is such an incredible blessing! But as our classes fill up with more sweet faces, our need for amazing volunteers grows, too. We are looking for joyful hearts to help us love, teach, and shepherd our kids on Sunday mornings (nursery through elementary school).

​Here is how easy it is to serve:

• ​Zero prep required: For our older classes, the curriculum is completely prepared for you. For our nursery, your main job is simply to play and love on our littlest ones.

•You won’t miss church: We have two services, and you only serve during one of them on your scheduled days. You’ll still get to attend the other service!

•​Safety first: To keep our kids safe, all volunteers must pass a background check.

If you want to bring a little extra sunshine into your week and invest in the next generation, we would love to have you on the team!

​Looking at the family tree of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, we saw how patterns of fear, lying, and favoritism passed from one generation to the next, growing deeper each time. The truth is: sin runs in the family, and it carries consequences. But here is the good news: Your family explains you, but they don't define you. God wants you to break free.
