Over the past 5–6 years, many churches and organizations have invited me to train leaders, help build, revitalize and minister to children and families within their organizations.
As I’ve reflected on this journey, I’ve realized something important: while I may be one person, the assignment God has given me was never meant to depend solely on me stepping in to lead ministries directly.
Because of this, my role as a consultant is evolving and my focus is shifting toward intentionally equipping, training, and empowering the leaders and parents God has already placed within ministries and homes.
This is not stepping back. This is expanding the impact.
I believe healthy ministries are built when leaders are strengthened, parents are equipped, and families are discipled intentionally. I am committed to passing this torch to as many as I can, while I can.
