Dear Church Family,

Many of you know Patrick and Abi Patterson, who have been attending Golden Baptist Church since moving to Golden. The Pattersons grew up at Grandview Baptist, and their roots in this community run deep.

A few days ago, Patrick's younger brother Evan was killed in a workplace accident.
Please lift this family up in prayer as they walk through unimaginable grief.

If you've been coming around for a while and wondering what the next step looks like, this is it. Four Sundays, Sunday school hour, Family Life Center. We'll talk about who we are, what we believe, and what it actually means to be part of the church!

Church family,

After prayerful consideration, we have decided to cancel all church services and activities for tomorrow due to inclement weather. We love you, and your safety matters to us.

While we long to gather, this is the wisest decision to ensure everyone can remain safe at home. The church is more than a building, and even when apart, we remain united in Christ.

Please use this time to rest, be with family, and draw near to the Lord through Scripture and prayer. We look forward to gathering together again next week.
