🏃‍♀️💙 What a day!

Our first annual Faith in Motion 5K is officially in the books, and we are so grateful to everyone who helped make today such a wonderful success!

A huge thank you to our incredible sponsors — Novant Health, Salisbury Rowan Runners, Jamie File with Files Hauling, and Tamarac Marina & Restaurant. Your support helped turn an idea into a day that brought our church and community together, and we truly could not have done it without you.

We also want to give a very special thank you to the Gold Hill Volunteer Fire Department, Liberty Fire Department 59/60, Rowan County Sheriff's Office, Rockwell Police Department for helping to keep our runners, volunteers, and community safe. We are incredibly grateful for your time, your presence, and your service to our community.

To all of our volunteers: thank you for giving your time, energy, and helping hands. From all the work behind the scenes to everything that happened along the course today, you helped make the day run smoothly and made everyone feel welcome.

And, of course, thank you to every runner and walker who came out and joined us! Whether you raced for a personal best, walked with friends and family, or simply came out to be part of the fun, we are so glad you were there.

Today was about so much more than crossing a finish line. It was about faith, fellowship, community, and coming together — and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to begin what we hope will become a wonderful annual tradition.

📸 Here are just a few of the pictures captured throughout the day! If you took photos or videos, we’d love to see the day through your eyes too — send them our way!

And keep an eye on our page because there’s more to come. 👀 We’ll be putting together a Race Day compilation featuring moments from our very first Faith in Motion 5K!

Thank you for making our first year one to remember. We can’t wait to do it again! ❤️🏃‍♂️

We're not entirely sure how that happened either.

But here we are.
