Our Wednesday Morning Prayer:
Father, just as Jesus told his disciples they would fish for men, we know that commandment hasn't changed. Unfortunately, we have.
Give us a fresh desire to seek out those who are "swimming" without direction, in need of love & care, or approaching dark & troubling waters. Help us show them Your love & bring them in to be cared for.
In Messiah's name, Amen

Our Wednesday Morning Prayer:
Father, It's been a long time since I clearly recommitted my whole life to You...or maybe I never really did, though I had good intentions.

Today, I want to make things right between us. I accept Your Son's death to pay the price for my sins. Please forgive me. Create in me a new heart & life, one that places You above all else & loves others as I've loved myself. Put a hunger in me to follow Jesus, to pray & to read Your word, to forgive & proclaim what You've done for me.

In Messiah's name, Amen
