Matthew 5:16 Our first program was Not Just a Story.

In the summer of 2015, the Ignite Middle School Choir started with 18 members under the direction of Debbie Kanyo and Joe Leonard. Upon her retirement in 2016, Debbie and her husband Jim, moved to the Branson, MO area and Joe and Susan Leonard assumed the roles of Directors. At the conclusion of the 2017 season, at the request of the outgoing 8th graders, Ignite adjusted its age requirements to in

clude high school students. Therefore, in 2018, the Ignite Middle School Choir officially became the Ignite Youth Choir and included high school youth. Ignite has had the privilege of sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ to thousands of people in the communities of Alton and Godfrey, Illinois and Branson and Kimberling City, Missouri. We're excited to worship with you today and hope you help spread the love Christ has for all of us.

On September 23, students across the country—and around the world—will gather around their school flagpoles to pray.

For their friends.�For their teachers.�For their schools.�For their communities.�For their generation.

But prayer doesn't have to wait until September 23.

For the next 23 days, we're preparing our hearts and praying for what God wants to do through students who are willing to stand up and pray.

Ignite, you guys were fantastic! We are all so proud of you. You were energetic, having fun, and full of emotion. The tears just prove how much of a family we all are. You guys are the best ~ we are so blessed. 🙌
