GPS Youth will be leading all aspects of worship this Sunday, May 3, at 10:00. We will lead the music, liturgy, and prayers as well as serve as greeters, ushers, and communion stewards. We will also burn all of the prayers that have been placed in the Wailing Wall over the past year. We hope you're able to join us!!

We had our last GPS of the school year tonight with a fun trivia night. It was also the last Sunday night GPS for our 9 seniors! They will definitely be missed. We have youth Sunday next Sunday morning during worship, then a full summer together with Ignite. ♥️

We started off with a spirited trivia contest before getting into our lesson on how we need to be mindful of what God’s plan is for our lives and not necessarily our plan. We may have the best laid plans for our future, but if it’s not what God has planned for us, it won’t be fulfilling.

Tonight was part 2 of Under Pressure. We talked about the pressure we feel during sports, music, theater, etc. We have to remember that God is present before, in the moment, and after those pressure filled moments. We also can’t let those moments define us. God cares more about the person we’re becoming, not just the performance we’re giving.
