The Crowning Feast of the Holy Spirit
Monday, May 18th through Sunday, May 24th

All friends, neighbors, and fellow parishioners are invited to join Father Jim, imperatrix Linda Galvin and her family, the Holy Name Society, Our Lady’s Guild, Our Lady of Good Voyage Parish, and the Catholic Community of Gloucester & Rockport in celebrating the Crowning Feast of the Holy Spirit from Monday, May 18th through Sunday, May 24th. Here’s our schedule of events for this beautiful and inspiring annual tradition:

Monday, May 18th
Mass & Holy Hour at 8:00am (OLGV Church)
Holy Rosary at 6:30pm (OLGV Church)
Followed by supper (OLGV Hall)

Tuesday, May 19th
Mass & Holy Hour at 8:00am (OLGV Church)
Holy Rosary & Supper at 6:30pm (OLGV Hall)

Wednesday, May 20th
Holy Rosary at 5:30pm (OLGV Church)
Holy Mass at 6:00pm (OLGV Church)
Followed by Soup & Bread Supper (OLGV Hall)

Thursday, May 21st
Mass & Holy Hour at 8:00am (OLGV Church)
Holy Rosary & Supper at 6:30pm (OLGV Hall)

Friday, May 22nd
Mass & Holy Hour at 8:00am (OLGV Church)
Sung Rosary in Portuguese at 6:30pm (OLGV Hall)
Followed by supper

Saturday, May 23rd
Holy Rosary at 5:15pm (OLGV Church)
Holy Mass at 6:00pm (OLGV Church)

Pentecost Sunday, May 24th
Holy Mass & Crowning at 11:45am (OLGV Church)
Crowning Luncheon at 1:00pm (OLGV Hall)

Tickets for Sunday’s Crowning Luncheon are available during the evening suppers in Our Lady of Good Voyage Hall or through the parish office. A donation of $25 per person is requested. Donations for our Crowning Raffle are also appreciated! Pre-orders for the traditional Rosquilhas (round sweet bread) are now being accepted.

"SPRING MEGA RAFFLE"
Our Lady's Guild 50/50 Super Raffle

Dear Friends,

Since 1944, Our Lady’s Guild has worked to build community among women of all ages in Our Lady of Good Voyage Parish through fundraising, good works, prayer, and social events.

The Guild is once again sponsoring a mega raffle to support Our Lady of Good Voyage Parish and for someone to win an extraordinary prize. This mega 50/50 raffle will split the total raised from ticket sales between the parish and one winner! There are only 100 tickets available. Each ticket is $100. The winner could win up to $5,000! The winner will be drawn during the Annual Crowning Luncheon on Sunday, May 24th in Our Lady’s Hall.

Our Musical Showcase will feature Captain Jack Favazza, along with Mark Davis, Alessandro Schoc, and Luann Palazzola. Tickets are $20 at the door. Bring your own food and snacks.
