❤️ Another Opportunity to Serve Our Neighbors!

Following the recent storms, we have another opportunity to come together and support families in our community.

The Village of Hazel Crest is organizing a large food giveaway and needs volunteers to help pack food boxes on:

📦 Monday, August 24 | 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
📦 Tuesday, August 25 | 12:00–4:00 PM

📍 Hazel Crest Senior Building (Police Department)
3000 W. 170th Place, Hazel Crest

This is an all-hands-on-deck effort, but you do not need to stay for the entire shift! Whether you can give one hour, two hours, or several hours, your help will make a difference.

If you're available, we'd love to have you join us as we continue showing up for our neighbors! ❤️

Please keep the Hastings family in your prayers as they grieve the passing of Deacon Daryl Hastings, who went home to be with the Lord on Saturday.

We are grateful for Daryl’s faithful service to Living Springs and for the many ways he blessed our church family. He will be deeply missed, but we rejoice in the hope that he is now in the presence of the Lord.

We’re Hiring at Living Springs!

Are you passionate about serving the church, supporting ministry, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes? Living Springs Community Church in Glenwood, IL is looking for dedicated, mission-minded people to join our team!

We currently have two open positions:

Director of Children’s Ministries
This role provides leadership, vision, and oversight for Springs Kids, helping children grow in their faith while supporting families and equipping volunteers to serve with excellence.

Manager of Building and Grounds
This role helps care for our church facility and property, ensuring that our ministry spaces are safe, welcoming, and ready to serve the needs of our church and community.

At Living Springs, these roles are more than jobs—they are opportunities to support the mission of the church and help create environments where people can know, love, and follow Jesus.
